What are your shipping options?

We currently ship within the United States only. We offer Ground Shipping for $7.95 (standard delivery time varies by location).

How can I qualify for free shipping?

All orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free ground shipping within the United States. The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout once your order total meets the requirement.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Ground Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. 
Please note: During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may take longer. Weather or carrier-related delays may also impact delivery.

Can you ship to business addresses?

Yes — we can ship to business addresses as long as the address provided is valid and can receive deliveries from our shipping carriers.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes — we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping times may be longer than standard delivery estimates, and expedited shipping options may have limited availability.

Do you ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam)?

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We currently ship within the 50 United States only.

How can I change my shipping address?

For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. If you entered the wrong address, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@verliofficial.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is applied to orders as required by state and local laws. The exact amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking on Order Details. Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and selecting Order Details. You’ll also receive email updates as your order is confirmed, shipped, and out for delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

Shipping promotions may be available for special sales or orders over a certain amount. These promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Verli Inc. is not liable for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, carrier transfers within your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Additionally, we are not responsible for any extra fees, customs duties, or charges related to your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@verliofficial.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping 

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders placed with an international shipping address will not be processed.
